Tidlos Home Checklist — Support
Thanks for using the Tidlos Home Checklist in ChatGPT. Here's how it works and how to reach us.
What the app does
The app gives you a seasonal home maintenance checklist for Minneapolis and nearby suburbs:
- Fall: get ready for freeze-up (gutters, outdoor faucets, furnace, and more).
- Winter: snow, frozen pipes, and cold-weather checks.
- Spring: thaw water, basement and sump pump checks, and grading.
- Summer: humidity, storms, and mosquitoes.
Each item says what to do, why it matters in Minnesota, how hard it is to do yourself, and when to call a pro. You can tell ChatGPT a little about your house (age, house or condo, gutters, basement, deck, and so on) to narrow the list. You never need to give your name, address, or payment.
You can tick items off as you go. ChatGPT remembers the checkmarks in that conversation.
Try asking:
- "What home maintenance should I do this fall in Minnesota?"
- "How do I winterize my house in Minneapolis? It's a 1960s house with a basement."
- "What should I check on my Minnesota house before winter?"
- "What is Home on Autopilot?"
The app is free and gives general tips only. It is not a home inspection or an emergency service. If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 or your gas company from outside. If water is coming in or you've lost heat in a freeze, call 911 or a licensed pro right away.
How to ask for a home profile visit
Home on Autopilot is our optional service where Tidlos takes care of the recurring jobs you pick, such as gutter cleaning, driveway snow removal, seasonal checks, small repairs found during those checks, and handyman repairs. It starts with a home profile visit, where we walk the house with you.
To ask for a visit:
- Ask ChatGPT, "How do I request a home profile visit?", or tap the visit button under your checklist.
- Open the link. It takes you to our request form: https://clienthub.getjobber.com/hubs/87c8643c-a470-470a-891c-a34d3ec21a6a/public/requests/2126474/new
- Fill out the form. We'll get back to you to set up a time.
You can also call us at 612-442-4929. Asking for a visit doesn't commit you to anything. We serve Minneapolis and nearby suburbs.
